Four hours on one real decision, with the board in the room

We take one AI decision that is actually on your agenda and work on it for four hours with the board or the leadership team.

By the end you have taken the decision or deferred it on purpose, you have agreed the criteria you will use on the next ones, and there is a name and a thirty-day date against each follow-up. It is not a training course, and there are no slides about what AI is.

How it works

  1. A half-hour call to pick the decision. If there is no real decision on the table, we do not run the lab; I would rather tell you that than take the fee.
  2. A one-page pre-read, sent a week before.
  3. The lab itself: four hours, up to eight people, with about a third of the time left open for the disagreement, because that is where the useful part usually happens.
  4. The Board AI Decision Memo, within five working days.
  5. A half-hour call after you have read it.

What stays after the room

The memo, the criteria you agreed to apply to the next decision, and the list of owners with their dates. If there is a second lab, it starts from what happened to that list.

The AI Act makes AI literacy an obligation for companies. The lab helps executives talk about AI decisions in a common language, which is useful for that, but it is not compliance training and it does not certify anything under Article 4. If you need that, you need a lawyer.

Price

The fee is fixed: 2,500 euros plus VAT, for up to eight people and one decision. If the board wants something built around its own agenda, I quote it on a one-page scope.

Book the first call

Write me which decision you have in mind and when the board meets. I answer within one working day, usually with two dates for the call.

Most costly AI projects rest on assumptions that were never checked against evidence. That is how budgets grow beyond the value they deliver. I test those assumptions with the CEO and the board before the budget is committed, and I ask for the evidence nobody has asked for yet.

Book a 30-minute call to discuss an AI decision you are facing. It is free of charge, and you decide how much detail to share. If confidentiality matters, a general description is enough, and I can sign an NDA before we go further.
