Who is responsible
This website is operated by AI RADAR SRL, registered in Bucharest, Romania (“we”, “I”). For any question about your personal data, write to stefan@myairadar.com.
What data is collected
- Data you send me. When you email me or book a call, I receive your name, email address, employer and whatever you choose to write. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding.
- Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics via Google Site Kit to count visits and understand which pages are read. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
- Server logs. The hosting provider records IP addresses and request data for security and availability. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Diagnostic responses. If you are given a token for the AI Maturity Diagnostic, your answers are stored so results can be re-issued and compared over time. A separate data handling note applies and is given to you before you start.
What is not done
- No newsletter list, no marketing automation, no retargeting pixels.
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No automated decision-making about you with legal effects.
How long data is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as the professional relationship is live and then for the period required by Romanian accounting and limitation rules. Analytics data follows the retention setting configured in Google Analytics. Diagnostic responses are kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request unless they are part of a transaction record.
Processors
The site runs on a commercial hosting provider and uses Google Analytics. The diagnostic application runs on infrastructure controlled by AI RADAR SRL and uses a large language model provider for the analysis step, except at Level 0 where no model call is made. Current provider names are available on request.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to stefan@myairadar.com and I will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Strictly necessary cookies are used to run the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing cookies for this domain in your browser.
