AI Organizational Maturity Diagnostic
Where your organization actually stands on AI – on a scale with enough resolution to defend a decision in front of a board.
Most maturity models stop at four or five stages. That is enough to produce a slide and not enough to produce a decision. The twelve-grade scale gives you a position you can defend, the distance to the next grade, and what specifically closes it.
How it works
- A structured questionnaire, twenty-five to thirty minutes, in Romanian or English.
- Six dimensions scored separately: technology, culture, strategy, execution, talent, governance.
- A grade from 1 to 12 with a confidence interval – not a single number pretending to be precise.
- A written executive reading and a PDF report you can circulate without editing.
- An internal consistency check, so a flattering self-assessment shows up as a finding rather than as a result.
Four levels

The divergence is the finding
In cohort mode each executive answers on a separate blind token and sees no report. What comes back in the debrief is the spread: the places where the CEO, the CFO and the COO are describing different companies. That gap is usually the most expensive thing in the room, and it is completely invisible in a single self-assessment.
What you receive
- The graded position, per dimension and overall, with the confidence interval.
- A written executive reading in plain business language, bilingual on request.
- A ninety-minute debrief with the CEO, the executive team or the board.
- A short memo with the next decisions, each with an owner and a date.
Data handling
Answers are stored on the server so results can be re-issued and compared over time. In blind mode the respondent sees no report and the analysis goes to the sponsor; respondents see an explicit consent notice before they start. A data handling note is supplied with every engagement, and I will send it before you commit if you want to read it first.
